Chef Chris Shepherd of Underbelly and One Fifth loves his hometown of Houston, and opens his playlist for us with a song favored by both his kitchen staff and his beloved Houston Texans’ defensive squad, the Rage Against the Machine classic, “Bulls on Parade.” From there it’s a mostly straight fired-up rock ‘n’ roll romp with hits from Metallica, 38 Special and Van Halen, along with some Texas hip hop from the likes of Slim Thug and UGK.
